Services of notary certification of a translator’s signature, as well as of authenticity, accuracy and correctness of a performed translation.
Notary certification of translated documents is a certification of the translated material for further procedure of legalization and apostilization or for submitting documents to official authorities of the RF. Notary certification takes from 1 to 3 days.
Sometimes legal translation needs notary certification. As a notary doesn’t have to know the language of the document, he/she certifies only the translator’s signature, knowing his/her name and diploma number, and confirms the authenticity of copies of documents in Russian.
Legal translation may also be needed when the documents having legal force on the territory of one country need to be used on the territory of another. In this case the following certifications are required: either consular legalization or Apostille, which certifies the authenticity of the signature, seal and stamp by which the document is fastened together.
